- A standard grievance record PDF has been added to the site and is avaliable for download in the Public Downloads or here.
- A link to the General Counsel of the FLRA forms page has been added under links. You can visit this site anytime from your browser or internet ready phone by going to: http://www.flra.gov/forms/forms.html#gc
- Interactive grievance record PDF! - This file is now available for use directly on the web - simply fill it out online and click the print button on the bottom of the second page. Please be advised your system configuration may or may not support online PDF interactivity. In the case of issues save the PDF and fill it out locally. Get the PDF here.

New Pay Rules Defy Congress |

American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) President John Gage told lawmakers July 22 that the Defense Department defied Congress when it came up with new pay rules that purposely try to evade Congress' mandate for bargaining with labor unions.
